Join Pure Vista’s Sales Organization

Pure Vista is a high-ticket e-commerce platform built to replace Shopify for established online businesses that want ownership, scalability, and freedom from recurring platform fees. As we expand nationally, we are hiring 5 experienced, US-based full-cycle sales closers to represent Pure Vista directly to business owners and decision-makers. This role is designed for seasoned professionals who are comfortable owning the entire sales process and being compensated strictly on performance.

Role Description

As a Senior Sales Closer at Pure Vista, you will manage the complete sales cycle—from initial outreach and discovery through presentation, objection handling, and close. You will operate independently while being supported by a strong product, clear pricing, and a compelling value proposition.

This role is not entry-level and is not suitable for appointment setters or partial-cycle sales reps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify prospective clients (inbound and outbound)
  • Conduct discovery calls and assess business needs
  • Present Pure Vista’s platform and ownership-based pricing model
  • Handle objections and negotiate confidently with decision-makers
  • Close deals end-to-end
  • Maintain and manage your own pipeline and follow-ups
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations

Performance Expectations

  • Minimum expectation: 10 closed deals per month
  • Average performance: 15 closed deals per month
High performers will have opportunities to increase earnings as Pure Vista introduces additional products and solutions.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.

  • Commission rate: 15% per closed sale
  • Pure Vista pricing: $12,500 (lower tier) - $15,000 (top tier)

Annual Income Potential

To set clear and realistic expectations, below are the minimum and average annual earnings based on current performance standards:

  • Minimum annual income:
    $225,000
    (10 sales per month at the lower tier, over 12 months)
  • Average annual income:
    Approximately $371,000
    (15 sales per month at a blended average price)
There is no cap on earnings, and income potential increases as additional products are introduced.
